We are experimenting with how to best leverage a full spectrum of financial tools from grants to market-rate investments to address issues facing Colorado’s low-income children and their families.
Through our investments, we seed innovation, scale what works and improve policies and systems. Even when funding direct service programs or product delivery, we seek to prove efficacy, unlock new sources of capital or influence larger systems.
